It's time for BCVC to make some moves! We want to improve the efficiency of our service, while maintaining our quality of care. After much deliberation, we decided the number one thing to do in order to achieve these goals, is to change our software to a faster, more intuitive one. In turn, freeing up time to answer your calls and make sure you are tended to as fast as possible. With that said, we ask for your patience and understanding over the next few weeks, while our team becomes acclimated to the new software. Unfortunately, for the short term, this means we will likely have reduced services and might be a bit slower than usual with processing transactions. However, we are confident that give or take a couple of months this new and innovative software will provide you and your pets, service that goes way above and beyond what is expected.
